How to use the online alarm clock
Choose the time, pick one of the built-in sounds or your own sound file, and press start. The page shows how long it is until the alarm rings, and when it does you can turn it off or snooze it.
Press Test to check the sound and the volume first. The alarm works offline too, but the page has to stay open and the computer must not go to sleep.
A bedside clock for any screen
Switch to fullscreen to use the alarm clock as a big, readable bedside or desk clock. Pick a theme, the digit style and a background image in the settings.
Bookmark one of the preset alarm times to set the alarm with one click next time.
Frequently asked questions
Does the alarm work if the tab is in the background?
Yes. The sound is scheduled in advance, so it plays even if you switch to another tab. The browser and the page must stay open, and the computer must not sleep.
Can I use my own sound?
Yes. Choose “Your own sound file” in the sound menu and pick an audio file from your device. It is stored only in your browser.
How does snooze work?
When the alarm rings, press Snooze and it rings again after a few minutes. Press Turn off to stop it completely.
Why don’t I hear anything?
Browsers only allow sound after you have clicked on the page. Press Start or Test once, and check that the tab and your device are not muted.
