BRT stands for Brasilia Standard Time. It is always UTC-3.
BRT itself never changes for daylight saving time – it is UTC-3 all year round.
Brazil.
In some of these countries BRT is used only in part of the country or only part of the year.
A plus sign means the clock there is ahead of BRT, a minus sign that it is behind. Daylight saving time is included.
