HKT itself never changes for daylight saving time – it is UTC+8 all year round.
Hong Kong SAR China.
In some of these countries HKT is used only in part of the country or only part of the year.
A plus sign means the clock there is ahead of HKT, a minus sign that it is behind. Daylight saving time is included.
