PHT stands for Philippine Standard Time. It is always UTC+8.
PHT itself never changes for daylight saving time – it is UTC+8 all year round.
Philippines.
In some of these countries PHT is used only in part of the country or only part of the year.
A plus sign means the clock there is ahead of PHT, a minus sign that it is behind. Daylight saving time is included.
