MST stands for Mountain Standard Time. It is always UTC-7.
MST is standard time. While daylight saving time is in effect, the same areas use MDT (UTC-6) instead.
Right now Denver uses MDT (UTC-6), not MST.
Where MST is used
Canada, Mexico, United States.
In some of these countries MST is used only in part of the country or only part of the year.
