BST stands for British Summer Time. It is always UTC+1.
BST is daylight saving time. The rest of the year the same areas use GMT (UTC+0).
Right now London uses GMT (UTC+0), not BST.
United Kingdom.
In some of these countries BST is used only in part of the country or only part of the year.
A plus sign means the clock there is ahead of BST, a minus sign that it is behind. Daylight saving time is included.
