EMOM – every minute on the minute. Start a new round at the top of every minute and rest for what is left of it. Change the interval to 30, 90 or 120 seconds for E30S, E90S or E2MOM.
A gym clock in your browser
Choose a workout mode, set the times and press start. A count-in gives you time to get ready, short beeps count down the last three seconds of every phase, and a long beep marks each start.
Work and rest are shown in different colors, so you can read the clock from across the room. Switch to fullscreen and put it on a TV, a projector or a tablet.
Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP and For Time
Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. EMOM starts a new round every minute. AMRAP counts down a fixed time while you do as many rounds as possible, and For Time counts up until you are done or hit the time cap.
In AMRAP and For Time you can tap the round button (or press Enter) after every round to keep score.
